We’re in the process of annotating London’s South Bank with location-specific content from the Festival of Britain and the Second World War, delivered as an iPhone app. The latest version will be available shortly.

Research into medieval history to make a playground game that had kids re-enact the Battle of Hastings. I worked closely with the game designer to make the games accurate, and ran playtests in primary schools around the country.

Ada was explicitly designed to encourage teenage girls to feel that science is for them. The initial research pack included positioning studies about teenage girls’ engagement with science as well as hard science for factually accurate worldbuilding.

House of Shadows is an ambient game commissioned to accompany the Shadow Catchers photography exhibition. The game successfully got people moving around the galleries and closely examining exhibits they might only have glanced at before.
